They come with well-equipped kitchens including refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, some built-in microwaves, and garbage disposal. Newer homes offer a luxurious glamour bathroom with soaking tub and dual sink vanities, crown molding, granite or quartz counter tops, ceiling fans, and walk in closets. Our homes offer a variety of flooring to include beautiful wood laminate, carpet, wood-style vinyl, and tile. There are carports with parking for two vehicles at most homes, as well as storage sheds. Many homes offer porches or roof decks, some with fabulous ocean views! Homes available are two and three bedroom and 1,100 to 1,400 square feet.

Appointments not required - walk-ins welcome or call and schedule a personal tour! Rents vary depending on the home. Rent may not exceed 35% of your income to qualify. Two pets (cat or dog) per homesite. Restricted dog breed list.
