At Rambush Estates you can also rent a terrific one, two or a three bedroom home in the park. Your rent will include home rent, lot rent, trash and recycling. Enjoy your own private space and yard area (we have the mower for you to use in case needed) in your home. We have beautiful homes priced right with one bedrooms starting at $1250.00 and up per month, two bedrooms starting at $1575.00 and up per month and single wide three bedroom homes starting at $1775.00 and up per month. Three bedroom double wide homes starting at $1975.00 and up. For renters there is a one-time non-refundable admin fee of $125.00 at move-in and a monthly billing fee of $4.08 for the water/sewer metering. Renters are responsible to pay the electric, gas, water and sewer. The monthly rent includes home rent, lot rent, trash and recycling. For pets there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200.00. The pet deposit is $200.00. Monthly pet rent for cats is $25.00 per cat per month and $40.00 per dog per month (25 lbs or less). The base deposit is $500.00 or could go to equal the rent of the home.
