New Owners: Two Rivers Homeowners Cooperative is a Resident Owned community.
We are in Gladstone, Oregon next to Meldrum Bar Park and just a mile from Clackamette Park and the Oregon City Shopping Center.
There is currently one space for rent. See images in slide show. Community Rules require that any unit moving into the community must be manufactured 2000 or later. Maximum size for manufactured home on this lot is 14' X 48'. This site is not wired for RV. Call our property manager at at or toll free for an application packet if interested.
Frequently homes are for sale by the owner of the home. Please come for a drive through the park to see if there are any For Sale by Owner signs on any of the homes. Get their information if you like the look of the home and our community. Occasionally there are homes listed by an agent that will be posted here on this web page. A potential new member to our community must pass a background check and be approved by the Board of Directors before purchasing and moving into the community.

Unlike most mobile home communities, WE the homeowners of Two Rivers Homeowners Cooperative own the land beneath our neighborhood as a resident-owned community (a ROC).
WE are secure there's no commercial-owner who can decide to close the community.
WE vote on the budget and set the rent. There is no profit margin in your rent.
WE approve community rules and park improvements.
While the ROC s Members control the budget and elect the Board, we do not manage” the cooperative by ourselves. The ROC board hires management and repair services and is a part of a national network of resident-owned parks for access to training, support and resources to help our community and its Members. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity 55 Plus cooperative.
