Community Stability
Belleglade has been a safe and quiet, family-friendly community for over 30 years. We hope to build upon that success and are proud to have several residents who have lived in our community for over 15 years. Unlike many of the other manufactured home communities in the Clarksville, TN area; Belleglade is 100% owner-occupied.
Road-worthy motorcycles, with mufflers or silencers are welcome; however, off-road recreational vehicles may not be driven through Belleglade.
Life Outside of the Box
Unlike many other manufactured home communities, Belleglade residents have street addresses and receive their mail at the end of their driveway.
We also allow residents to build decks, porches and storage buildings as long as they are properly permitted by the county and approved by our staff prior to construction or placement on their lot.
Expectations of Residents & Their Guests
All of our residents and their guests must abide by the code of conduct as outlined in our lot lease agreement. For the most part, the code of conduct simply requires everyone to be good neighbors.
Pet Friendly
We are a pet-friendly community. We do, however, have a few restrictions regarding ?????dangerous breeds? and the number of pets per home (2) and a few good neighbor rules. Additionally, pets must weigh under 25 pounds. (Our friendly leasing staff can provide you with more information or discuss our policies on service dogs.)
We expect all pets to be accompanied while outside of your home and on a leash or contained within a pet carrier. Pet owners should always clean up after their pets.
Common Areas
Belleglade Mobile Community has several common areas set aside for recreational activities. We have a large grassy area that's perfect for friendly soccer games or just enjoying a bit of sunshine.
Our youngest residents also enjoy our playground. It has a swing set, slide and jungle gym and a new set of soccer goals. We also have a great undercover outdoor area with picnic tables and grills!There s also a basketball court for everyone to enjoy.
Included Amenities
Residents of our community rely upon the city of Clarksville for water, sewer services and electricity. They must also arrange for their own Internet and cable television. Trash service is provided to all residents.
We love flowers and encourage our residents to landscape their lots. Residents will be responsible for caring for any plantings they install and ensuring the grass is maintained around their home. Grass mowing service is available for a small fee.
