You may wonder why I decided to move after adding all the amenities to the home. The truth is, I love the home and I had planned on living in it forever.  But recently my mother moved to the area and I decided to move in with  her.  Whoever the lucky person is to buy the home will love it.  It's like no other mobile home and all you have to do is unpack and relax!  Over 120 pictures have been uploaded so you can see the entire interior and exterior. DESIGNED FOR PRIVACY & SECURITY:  Location, location, location!!  If you like privacy, peace & quiet and a beautiful view, this home is for you.  This is the perfect location which is one thing you can't change once you get settled.  Equally important, the home has lots of security features which was vital for this single occupant. The front porch has a covered awning and lattice for privacy.  It’s large enough to accommodate table and chairs.  Extra large thermopane windows have been installed to give more of an airy feel. Brand new shutters match the burgundy colored, elegant etched glass front door. Installed by Lowes, is a full glass storm door with interchangeable screen. Your guest may enter through the front gate where there is a post lantern to light the way.  All materials (railings, privacy fence, awnings, lattice, sunbursts and arbor) are made of white vinyl which last forever.  The home has gutters, and gutter guards have been installed to prevent debris from entering them.  The driveway has a carport and 6 ft privacy fence and lattice for privacy.

BACKYARD & BOTH SIDES OF YARD: The backyard has a 6 ft privacy fence and plenty of room for a clothesline or vegetable garden.   On the right side of home beyond the 8ft tall privacy evergreens, is a side porch (outside utility room) which has a covered awning. The top notch staff, are courteous and helpful.  They strive to attend to all your needs in a timely manner.  The low lot rent includes: mailroom, trash pickup, sewer, and water.

SURROUNDING AREA:  The park is only 18 minutes (13 miles) from Great Adventure Amusement Theme Park in Jackson, NJ. Also, it’s only 5 minutes from Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, Wawa, the General Dollar Store and the Garden State Diner.  Also, it’s only a few minutes walking distance to the Rite Aid Pharmacy, 7 Eleven convenience store, Gulf Gas Station, Hanover Dental Center and Veterinarian Clinic (where I take my pet)and various multi cultural restaurants including: Papa Johns Pizza, Sebastian’s Schnitzelhaus German Restaurant, Golden Bobo’s, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Afghan Kabob, Sugar Cane Jamaican, Yordana’s Pizza and Pasta, Tokyo Japanese Restaurant, Subway, Panda Chinese and more.
