There are six (6) new windows (tilt in style for ease of cleaning) across the back which provides you with a wonderful view of the water and the ability to see the birds, squirrels turtles, etc. like right outside your windows....there is a wet bar with a pass thru from the kitchen, a door that opens to the lanai and ceramic tile flooring. You will really enjoy this part of the home.....and if you like to entertain, THIS IS THE HOUSE! FYI- Paradise Island is one of the newest mobile home communities in Pinellas County, all of our homes are 1987 and newer, most in the 90's....we have a very low turnover rate...once people come to "Paradise" they don't want to leave!!!!
