You won't know you are in a mobile home when you walk in the door! The extra 2' of width makes a huge difference in the open floor plan.

Here's a unique floor plan among the homes in SLCCV, one of only two!  At 1288 square feet, it is 26' wide with lengths of 52' on one side and 44' on the other.  Nestled on a deep corner lot on a cul-de-sac, it is located on the 9th green of the residents-only golf course, and the clubhouse is a short walk across the grass as you can see in the photos. This is a non-pet lot.


When you see the pictures, it is obvious that this home is immaculate and very well maintained.  Offered furnished, bring your Florida clothes and enjoy life in an active senior community! Personal belongings and some items do not convey (TV in living room, 2 dressers and rocking chair in master bedroom).


Starting outside, the long driveway and carport allows parking for four vehicles.  There is a concrete pad at the far end of the carport where you can park a golf cart.  A sidewalk under the edge of the carport leads to the front entrance into a lovely sun room.  The side door in the carport leads to the open kitchen/dining room. The roof is shingled, and the carport has newer supports.


Enter the Florida room through a door under the carport. The 12' x 16' Florida room has windows on the north and west sides that look out over the golf course.  Around the back the newer A/C unit, 2011, is protected from the lawn crew by trellis panels.  At the southwest corner is a storage shed, 5' x 8'.  Most windows have clam shell awnings, the exception being those under the carport.  The ceiling is vaulted throughout, except in the bathrooms. 


The sun room has vertical blinds on the windows, a beautiful wood parquet floor, and open doorways into both the living room and the kitchen.


The 16' x 13' living room is open to the dining room, and the dining room with its built-in hutch is open to the kitchen.  The side entrance from the carport is here in the dining room at the edge of the kitchen.  In the kitchen there is a large floor-to-ceiling pantry, new flat top stove, a large window over the sink, a dishwasher and newer fridge (2011).  Lots of cupboards are accompanied by more under the new kitchen island.  There's also a place to display decorative pieces or plants on top of the cupboards. The floor is laminate for easy cleaning.


The center hallway leads to the bedrooms, guest bathroom and laundry room.  On the left is what is labeled as a linen closet, upper and lower cabinets and a counter top.  On the right is the laundry room with washer and dryer with more storage cabinets, and a door to the Florida room.


The master bedroom with en suite master bathroom is on the left at the end of the hall.  You'll like the large walk-in closet. This large bedroom has a king size bed.  The master bathroom has a linen closet, large step-in shower, updated vanity, new high toilet, mirror and lighting.


The guest room at the end of the hallway has twin beds, (could be a queen or king size), a large closet and a built-in desk.  The main electric panel is over the water heater in the space between the closet and the desk with the water heater access panel outside to the rear of the Florida room.


The guest bathroom has updated fixtures, large wall mirror and tub/shower.


The kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallway have new wood laminate flooring with new molding around the perimeters. The bedroom are carpeted.  The sun room has the original light colored paneling.  The kitchen has been painted.  The rest of the rooms have textured paint over drywall.


The comfortable Florida room has a raised concrete floor with indoor/outdoor carpet.  The west and north sides have jalousie windows, the carport side has regular windows on either side of the louvered storm door.  When the windows are open a nice breeze flows through.


Wynne Building Corporation now requires a resident application for prospective buyers. We can provide application forms, but please know that we are not involved in the process with Wynne.

Once you have purchased a home in any Spanish Lakes Community, your monthly lot rent includes lawn mowing 21 times a year; yard waste, trash and recyclable pickup once a week. You also have free access to the owners-only golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, horseshoe, bocce and shuffleboard courts, lending library, exercise room, clubhouse with auditorium, pool tables and more.

TV and Internet is your choice, currently Comcast, Dish and Direct, and is not provided by any Spanish Lakes facility. Each homeowner is part owner of the water/sewer system in SLCCV, and as such the water usage is not metered. There are county restrictions on lawn watering. Our water treatment plant provides reverse osmosis water which is excellent right out of the tap. Our cost for 2018 is $259 for the year. 

During the "season" there are plenty of shows, dinners, activities and clubs to occupy your time. The tennis club offers lessons, as do some of the other groups.

Within a three mile radius of Country Club Village, on U.S.1, Kings Highway and Indrio Road, you will find several restaurants, drugstores, banks, churches, gas stations, convenience stores, dental offices, dollar stores, a gym, a supermarket, a satellite post office, a thrift shop, McDonald's and more!
Spanish Lakes Country Club Village (SLCCV), in Fort Pierce, Florida, is located just a mile from U.S.1 and only a few miles from both Florida's Turnpike and I-95. Spanish Lakes Fairways (SLF) is adjacent to I-95 (at Exit 138) and only a few miles west from US1. SLCCV and SLF are just a few miles from Vero Beach restaurants, entertainment, shopping (including the area's only outlet mall), art galleries, museums and botanical gardens, churches, and medical facilities.

In addition to the FREE GOLF FOR OWNERS at the Spanish Lakes facilities (SLCCV-9 holes, SLF-18 holes), Island Pines Golf Course, a full-size course, is close by. The Spanish Lakes facilities offer free tennis instruction in addition to bocce and shuffleboard, which is also provided for owners. Island Pines Golf Course is open to the public and frequently offers discounts making it quite inexpensive. Other good full-length golf courses are within 10 minutes of either Spanish Lakes facility.


Historic downtown Fort Pierce is the home of the Sunrise Theater where great entertainers are the headliners during "the season".  The Summer Crush Winery is a few miles away with not only wine and grape juices, but special programs and entertainment, a tasting room and gift shop. 

If you like baseball, the New York Mets spring training games are a short drive away at First Data Field in Port St. Lucie. And, during the summer the St. Lucie Mets (Class A, Advanced) play at First Data Field. Most games are open seating and often coupon discounts are available for food and tickets. 

And then there are the beaches! Drive over one of several causeway bridges to North or South Hutchinson Island where you will find state parks and FREE beaches galore! You can visit the Navy Seal Museum, then walk across the parking lot to the beach to swim or watch the windsurfers at play!
