This is a home that has one careful owner and has been well taken care of. The home has only been occupied by adults and has never had any pets living in it. The large linen closet can hold that bulky extra bedding. The master closet is nothing short of cavernous. It is almost 15 feet long and 4.5 feet wide with plenty of room for storage.

There are two large bedrooms at the other end of the house. There is also a second full bathroom with a built-in tub/shower combination.

Exterior
The exterior of the house has many upgrades as well. The roof is long lasting tin roofing material and there are rain gutters on both sides of the house. Both the front and back doors have storm doors on the exterior. The front porch light can be set to come on when it detects a visitor approaching and the two motion sensing security lights keep you from tripping. There are two decks, one at the front door and one at the rear door. The driveway is concrete with a concrete walk to the front deck. The mobile home community takes care of all the landscaping (I like that part). The trailer is fully skirted with treated wood skirting.

This home has many amenities and I am sure that I left some out. You owe it to yourself to see this home. I will consider selling some of the furniture with the home.
