The organization holds seasonal member meetings and an annual national event called the National Congress & Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing.

MHI is a key industry partner in Washington, D.C., working with lawmakers and regulation and oversight bodies to ensure a fair an equitable marketplace for manufactured housing.

Additionally, the organization provides membership value through professional development programs, industry awards, research and visibility.
