About two dozen manufactured housing professionals will present to attendees on a variety of topics. These include topics of marketing, finance, housing law, energy efficiency, community infrastructure and maintenance.
Felber is a national award winner for work with factory-built homes. She will present to attendees on “Staged to Sell: How to Show and Sell Manufactured Homes”.
Felber began her work with factory-built homes after a successful career in site-built and luxury homes.
“I was told time and again that my ideas weren’t how we did it ‘in our industry’,” Felber said. “Thanks to forward thinking companies like Cavco and Clayton Homes, our customers can get the looks they want but still stay within their affordable home budgets.
“Even on a tight budget, it’s possible to stage a home to turn a ‘looker’ into a buyer,” she said.
