Amicorp, Inc. is a 4th generation family owned business who's core focus is manufactured home communities. Amicorp also has experience in property development and building construction. Amicorp operates primarily in Florida, Minnesota and North Carolina.
About AMICORP
Amicorp started as Aircraft Trailer Park in East Hartford Connecticut at the end of World War II in 1948. In the late 1950’s the Titcomb families all moved to California. Aircraft Mobilehomes, Inc., as it was known then, continued in the “Mobile Home” business as well as expanded into real estate development, motel operations and aircraft sales and operations.
In the early 1980’s the company added operations in Florida. Further growing the retirement manufactured home park building and operating business. Also at this time the company changed it’s name to Amicorp, Inc.
