Country Villa Estates is a great place to live. I find it to be quiet, relaxing, and friendly. The park is clean and is kept up nicely. The office staff is easy to work with and the rent is reasonable. They have a fair pet policy and residents appear to care for their pets responsibly.
Wonderful place to live. Neighbors are outstanding and park owner keeps it nicely landscaped and updated. Outstanding clubhouse with a heated pool. Although it is right off Bloomingdale it is very quiet and cozy.
