Harris County has a leash law.
All pets must be confined at all times with no access to public streets, side walks, or common areas.
- Five Oaks is managed by an Association Board. Registered with the State of Texas
- Deed Restrictions are strictly enforced.
- Our streets and storm drainage are maintained by Harris County, Pct.#4.
- All motor vehicles must be currently registered and insured to operate on Harris County streets. Go carts, ATV’s or any other unregistered motorized vehicles are not permitted and are subject to traffic citations.
- Our streets are patrolled by the Harris County Sheriff’s Department and dedicated patrol by Precinct 4 Constables for your safety and protection.
- All pets must be confined, at all times, with no access to public streets or common areas.
- No live stock is permitted.
- No dumping of any kind is permitted in Five Oaks
- This is a residential community. Operating a business from your home or property is strictly prohibited.
2021 Association fees are due by February 15th, 2021

Please remember all new homes to be placed in Five Oaks have to be approved by the board and Harris County Permits must be obtained before the move can take place.
Before you start any new construction in Five Oaks, plans must be submitted to the board and Harris County for permitting.
All construction must comply with Harris County building codes and meet FOSPOA by-laws requirements.
All property sales must go through Harris County. The registered owner, with Harris County is responsible for the property.
Hand shake agreements are not valid.
No exceptions!
The annual FOSPOA meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April 13, 2021. 7pm @ Five Oaks Park.
Please bring your own chairs, practice social distancing, and wear your masks.
