Under new ownership as of October 2007, Tower View is currently licensed for 24 manufactured/mobile homesites with plans to expand to a total of 40 homesites after most of the current vacancies are occupied.  All homesites are separately metered with all new underground sewer/water plumbing, gas lines, 200 amp electrical service and available cable to all existing homesites. High speed internet access is available at Tower View.

Any homes coming into Tower View will be placed on concrete slab-on-grade foundations. All homes coming into our community must have a pitched roof, be lap sided on the exterior and be very nicely maintained.

In 2009, Tower View completed major renovations/improvements to the community in 2009. Some of those changes included updating the main office, the addition of a community maintenance building, installation of community mailboxes, fencing and signage as well as improved drainage throughout the property and all the asphalt streets were replaced with concrete.
