In Florida in addition to the Manufactured Industry Housing Industry representative organization we also have a Manufactured Home Owners advocacy nonprofit organization. The Federation of Manufactured Home Owners of Florida (FMO). Founded in 1962 this organization continues to educate and advocate for Homeowners.
    Becoming part of a Manufactured/Mobile Home community is a tremendous experience. These communities develop a passion for protecting and socializing with their neighbors. There are three different types of ownership in these communities, Condominium, Co-operative and leased land.
