Looking for a different hobby? Well, we can accommodate that too! We have over 30 other communities in the Arizona area alone. Once you have received your Equity Lifestyle ID card, you may participate in their events and utilize their amenities as well.

Home Rentals - Annual home rentals range from $587.80-$995.80 (depending on availability). Rent tax and water/sewer/trash are included in this amount. Electricity and Propane are billed separately and are individually metered. Most of our rental homes are all electric. However, we do have a few with propane stoves, heaters, water heaters, and clothes dryers. Electricity is provided by APS and propane is provided by Amerigas. Some fees and/or discounts may apply. There is no community contract with any Phone, Internet, or Cable service. If they service this area, you are welcome to use them. Deposits are equal to one month"s base rent and application fees are waived at this time.

Home Site Rentals - Annual home site rentals are $577.60 per month. This includes rent tax and trash removal. Water/Sewer/Electricity/Propane are billed separately and individually metered.

RV Site Rentals - Annual RV site rentals are $2600 per year. Rent tax and water/sewer/trash are included in this amount. Electricity/Propane are billed separately and individually metered. 

Would you like to choose your neighbors? We also offer a Resident Referral Program. Refer a Home Renter, Site Renter, RV Renter, or Home Buyer and receive $50-$2000 once they have moved in.

Do you have Furry Friend? We allow up to 2 pets per home. There are no breed or size restrictions. There is a one time pet deposit of $300 per home. There is no pet rent at this time.
