Two months free lot rent for anyone moving a mobile home into our community. To ensure we maintain a community everyone is proud of, all homes must have the hitch removed, be under skirted, and have decks as least as large as 8x10 in the front and 4x6 in the back. We allow cats and small house dogs.

Lease-purchase financing is available on all new and used mobile homes we sell. This program places more emphasis on income, employment history, down payment, and rental history than on credit history. All homes are paid off much sooner than 20-30 year conventional loans, saving many $$$ in interest.

We offer a referral fee for residents who refer others to move their mobile home into our community. We also have a "yard of the month" program with great rewards, a quarterly newsletter, on-site personnal, and much more.
