Pine Crest Village was just built in 2007.  We are one of the few family owned and operated manufactured housing communities left in New Jersey.   Our office is located at 46 Baltimore Avenue. We offer quality homes at an affordable price.

Pine Crest is an all ages community, and is a very nice and friendly place to live in Southern Ocean County. Only 10 minutes from Long Beach Island, and Barnegat Bay we are located in Stafford Twp. with an excellent school system and many large recreational fields.

We are close to the tranquility of Long Beach Island, yet not far from the nightlife of Atlantic City.   Just minutes from exit 63 of the Garden State Parkway.  An easy travel distance to both Philadelphia and New York City.

Here at Pine Crest Village, when ordering a new home, you can always pick the floor plan that fits your style and custom pick your colors at no extra charge.  We have a floor plan for every budget and have lots available for homes of various sizes. 

There are so many options to choose from - covered front porch, kitchen island, skylights, hand laid stone fireplaces, jet tubs, bay windows, drywall packages, stainless steel appliances and so much more.  We can help you build the home of your dreams.

While the entire community does not have income restrictions, there are a limited number of lots that participate in Stafford Township's Affordable Housing Program for low and moderate income families.  Qualified applicants can custom order new homes through the program.  The maximum household income limits permitted are:  $51,179 for a one person household, $58,490 for a two person household, $65,802 for a three person household, or $73,113 for a four person household.   Applicants must have good credit and a minimum of 5% down payment. Stafford Township provides a matching 5% down payment to qualified buyers in their affordable housing program.

Interested households will need to submit an application and provide income documentation in order to qualify.
