Referrals must be submitted via the official ELS Resident Referral form. Only one referral reward will be given per referral. Referral rewards are only on ELS-owned homes. Pre-owned homes are applicable to ELS-owned pre-owned homes only. New or pre-owned homes purchased through outside sales agents do not apply. Gift cards will be presented when a resident moves into a rental home. Used homes must qualify and be sold for more that $10,000.00. Contracts must be executed by October 31, 2010 to qualify for a referral reward.
