Community Description
Hickory Haven is a 125 unit community just west of Union Grove in rural Dover Township. This community is nearly 50% 55 and older residents and has just recently been updated with new blacktop streets and new 20x20 off-street concrete parking slabs. There are a two entrances to the community and the homes are being updated yearly because of the excellent resale value. This country community has reasonably priced site fees which include, on-site management, sewer and recycling/garbage pickup. Please visit us during the spring months to view our awesome display of fusia and pink crabapple blossoms.
