Oronoco Estates MHC, LLC is now owned by Continental Communities as of July 31, 2006. Continental Communities owns 54 manufactured home properties nation wide, 6 of them in Minnesota. Oronoco Estates offers on-site management & maintenance, mature trees, new playground June 2007, updated basketball half court, new office & recreation room for resident use completed in 2008, indoor mailboxes, bi-monthly newsletter and community events including National Night Out cook-out and winter holiday party. Pine Island and Rochester school districts offer bus service to park residents. Mayo Clinic, St. Mary's Hospital, IBM and shopping are only a 10-15 minute drive just south of the community. Lot rent for 2010 is $255.00 includes water, sewer and garbage service.
