All of our new homes include the following standard features:  vinyl siding backed by O.S.B exterior rated plywood, 25 year 3 tab shingled roofs, 2x6 walls with R-25 fiberglass insulation, a minimum of R-25 blown in insulation in the ceiling, and a blanket of R-11 fiberglass insulation in the floor, the walls are all taped and finished drywall primed and ready for your personal decorating with paint or wall paper or left primed, whatever suites your taste. We also make sure our manufactures install Whirlpool appliances that include a large refrigerator with an ice-maker, a pot-scrubber dishwasher, a space-saver microwave a deluxe range, and washer and dryer. 

We have all our homes custom built to our standards to make sure they are energy efficient and user friendly for those who will live in and own them.  We insure that our homes are as low maintenance as possible by building in top grade faucets, porcelain lav sinks, one-piece tubs and showers complimented by the all natural wood cabinets and molding throughout the home.  We run full criminal background checks on every applicant to ensure our community is as safe as possible.
