All our homes include standard features like: vinyl siding backed by O.S.B. exterior rated plywood, 25 year 3 tab shingled roofs, 2x6 walls with R-19 fiberglass insulation, a minimum of R-25 blown in cellulose insulation in the ceiling and a blanket of R-19 fiberglass insulation in the floor.  The walls are all tape and textured finished drywall, primed and ready for your personal decorating with paint or wall paper or left primed white, whatever suites your taste.  We also make sure that our manufacturers install kitchen appliance packages that include a large refrigerator with an ice maker, a pot scrubber dishwasher, a space-saver microwave, and a deluxe range.  We have all our homes CUSTOM BUILT to our standards to make sure they are energy efficient and user friendly.  Our homes are as low maintenance as possible: we build in top grade faucets, porcelain lav sinks, one-piece tubs and showers complimented by all natural wood cabinets and molding throughout the home.
